How to switch the AnyTone between metric and imperial metering

How to switch the AnyTone between metric and imperial metering

Why is my AnyTone GPS displaying in kilometers, when I'm in America? Why is my AnyTone GPS displaying in miles, when I'm in Europe?

Hi everyone. This is Cody from Bridgecom Systems, today we're to be showing you how to change the GPS settings on your AnyTone to display in imperial or metric. So if you want to change it to display miles or kilometers with your GPS, we'll show you how to do it.

So we're going to jump right into the computer, and get started.

Okay, so now I'm over here on the computer, I'm going to open up the AnyTone CPS, whatever version you are using, make sure to run in Administrator mode. Okay, so then, go to Optional Settings, and then go over to GPS, and then where is says Distance Unit, you can select this to either be metric or inch system. So if you want it to measure in kilometers, choose metric, if you want it to be in miles, then choose the inch system.

So in our case, we want the inch system, also known as Imperial, and then we're gonna select the commport, make sure the radio is plugged in, and turned on, and then simply write the other data to the radio.

And there we go, it's all done.

So that's it for now, hopefully this was helpful to you. If you like the video, give it a big thumbs up. Don't forget to like us on Facebook, subscribe to our YouTube channel, click that notification bell, you don't want to miss out on any more awesome content we have coming your way.

So that's it for now, I'm Cody from BridgeCom Systems, 73. - Transcript from Cody Cameron
