I could have NEVER put such a thing together myself no way, I’m so glad that BridgeCom did otherwise DMR would have been out of my reach it’s very expensive but maybe it’s worth the money.
Over the past couple weeks I have left several voice mails on the support site because I am having trouble getting the radio to work. As of yet I have heard nothing back.
Took me a little bit of time to get it together because of incompatibility with my cable system in the apartment. Finally got it together today and is working fine. I will have a little more work to do on the code plug to get the contacts in the right zones and that’ll just take a few days and I’ll be up and running talking to everybody in the. Love it.!
The device is great it works exactly as you would hope it would but the Bluetooth range is abysmal, will not go through walls and barely gets 15 ft in line of sight, really limiting usefulness of it

Along with the purchase of the 878, I got the Ultra Code Plug. All I can say is it’s going to take some time to get used to having so many channels to choose from. The zones set up does help. I just added my RACES, PAPA, ARES and WIN System channels.
I now have 2 of these duplexers. The first one I bought used from another repeater owner about a year ago. Both of them work great! Both of these are on GMRS repeaters. Now this issue of desence all I can say is the used one I bought has been on at least 3 different repeater systems and still works great has seen some use for sure! Now the bad part…the first duplexer the new one had to be sent back right away because of a tuning issue…Now Bridge-Com sent a new one right back tuned to perfect! Guys it doesn’t get better than this! A company that stands behind what they sell is a 5 star company all day long! If you have been in radios very long you understand what its worth…Dave

AnyTone (AT-D868/878/878 Plus) Radio USB Programming Cable
I wish it had the ability to network, Won't go into carrier access mode, but still, a lot of repeater for the bucks. A schematic would be nice to modify it for cross banding.
I carry my 878UVII plus every day and there are sometimes when I need a quick battery change, having the spare reliable OEM batteries is a blessing.
Received my new cable to replace a defective one that was shipped with the 878UVII Plus radio. The new cable works as expected and many thanks to the BridgeCom Systems support team for exceeding my expectations for assistance after the sale.
The mic works well and is easy to set up. It allows me to use the radio from a greater distance and change frequency, zones, scan and the speaker is good.
I I like this radio lots. Now that have learned to program iit which is so much easier than other radios that I have. Wish I had more time but stay busy with wife projects. Hope to get more time to use it. Thanks too good support makes it even better.
It works fine except for the fact it wont go into FM carrier access. Maybe a software glitch? A lot of bang for the bucks. Hoping to maybe get a 220mhz
system or 144mhz one too.
At first I did not like this radio at all, but when I learned how to use it and operated it now I love this radio. I highly recommend the 578 UV III Plus and BridgeCom.
This thing is so handy and so easy to use I highly recommend getting one.
